1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days only if:

• Service delivery has failed
• Purchased service is technically non-functional due to our fault
• Service has not been delivered as committed

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain Registration Charges
• Consumed Hosting Services
• Completed Custom Development Work
• Third-party License Charges

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before activation of services. Once activated, cancellation may not be applicable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

5. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Jhunjhunu Rajasthan jurisdiction only.
